Oh yeah sorry to tell you but I don't think that vinyl is in customization of the game but i'll check though

@ Tuners Rock: Yeah as I thought. That vinyl cant be put on the cars but this is the closest thing I could get to it. And you cannot put another car's stock rims on another car than it's own
