is there a problem with my vinyl

i tried to upload my 4th vinyl for 3 times, and it's not yet posted on (latest vinyl section in nfsU.)and i wondered if there is a problem with my vinyl, till now my vinyl is not yet posted there?

There are no vinyls in the upload queue. Are you sure your upload was successful?
