My Celica and WRX arent going through to my garage

I submitted my Celica and WRX but it didnt go though. I just wanna know why and ill fix it

The screens look OK, but notice that they are higher than 150Kb.
That's not supposed to be a problem though, the script should resize them automatically...

Anyway mods are pretty inactive these days, I also have uploaded a car yesterday and it hasnt been accepted/denied yet. Lets wait
