Well, i thought i'd post a mug shot, but that would be too easy! So here is me - enjoying my hobby - apnea diving, in Atlantic ocean. All gear is mine (no rent), but the boat belongs to my friend (better to have a friend with a boat - real one costs you 10%/year from its original cost!!!)

I have a 2 piece beaver style Sporasub Viper wetsuit. It's 5mm - but since it's 2 piece i get 10mil around chest. Which is good - warm... the only problem with it is that you need soap to put it on... That pic is me spearfishing - I have Mares Sten gun 55cm and Sporasub Black Viper (90cm)with tahitian 6.5mm shafts.

I can also scuba dive, i am NAUI certified. But I like the free diving.... It's more like meditating - relaxing, slowing the heart beat and just sliding down.. see those fins? They are more for free diving... I also have Avanti Quattro ABS fins, which are my Scuba fins, plus a Mares Isotherm wetsuit.

BTW - if you know freediving - Gian Luca Genoni and 'Pipin' Francisco Ferreras (WR like 570feet dive on no limits) - I met them, and worked with them

Yep I know a little about Freediving... not my game ... don't have tihe lungs for it...

I got a PADI scuba certificat...

I didn't dive with them! Lol, i worked with them cuz they were in a marketing compaign for the firm i worked (Mares). But I had met them when they did their dives... Amazing abitilies...
And lungs - it's all about hyperventilating - I usually could do 40 seconds, and after the FIRST!! exercise in a pool, i did 2 minutes flat out - and I stopped cuz i was getting scared - like if i get brain dmaged (funny I thought that!).

my brother has a Huge lung capcity.. he was tested when he was in the navy and without training he could do over 1.5 min without training....
