It doesn't have to sing about only those three things. It can be anything having to do with anything other than God. Therefore that type of music is secular.

Religious is pretty much anything pertaining its message toward a Godly hope and so forth. Secular is Mainstream music which doesnt deal with religious aspects and relies more on day to day topics like love and so forth. Those are the only differences. A song the has cursing could be secular as is the country song about a dead dog is secular... That pretty much sums up the differences... :D

I'm Metal All the way baby !!!!! Anything futuristic is best for me, if any metal fans haven't heard Meshuggah they should check em out, they are far from the most popular band, but are by far the most important.

lol good for you, so do I, but I wouldn't play it in public. That job is reserved for middle aged women in convertables ( most likely, MX-5 or Z3).

Well seeing that lots of people here like rock music, I would suggest Rock Culture... All about Rock music and the styles that follow... Seems a few people on there have problems with Emo bands tho. Its a good site about music to talk about anyways.. :D

Emery rocks!! They're emo/rock band. Really good sound. And addictive tunes to go with it. Hear their whole first album at http://www.emerymusic.com. It's really cool.

At the moment, my most favorite kind of music is K-Pop.

I was thinking of giving J-Pop. Any suggestions under J-pop?

My last post in this thread was 9 years ago. :o

I haven't changed much tho, still into what's being labeled "EDM" these days, and altho I still love trance, I feel that hardstyle has become my new favorite genre. :)
