Forum Updates

After countless complaints from other admins and screaming phpbb emails saying update, update, update, today the forum was finally updated. Except the usual software update, there were also a few changes that you will actually notice:

1) The whole forum now again has a more phpbb styled design which not limited by width as the previous style.

2) All signatures were removed. Yes including yours (if you even had one). The reason is that the forum now only allows internally linked signature images. You can easily upload one here. Don't worry about image sizes now, that upload form will not allow you to upload images that are too big.

3) And the final feature that you will like the most: there are 19 new smileys available.
So give is a nice little

Thanks for the update Bojan. The sig mod is gonna make moderation a whole lot easier!

Yup, not bad. My only complaint was it took me ages to track down my signature on my hard drive to reupload. Still, done now.

I like the new emoticons and the style is a definite imporvement. However, I see there is still no ability to change your display name

The changes we can't see are great, saves me alot of work and irritation.

But can't say the same about the new colorstyle etc. personally don't find the banner to match the rest, and the white style it abit to clinical... but he that's me.

Well, looks friendly, I didn't mind the older styles either. These updates are nice and glad to hear we're up to date with the forum software. Always healthy.

Would there be any chance signatures file size will increase by near future?
