I was wondering who removed my Civic
But it's well deserved, you pretty much have an eye for those things.
Weren't you gonna leave anyways with that elise and the letter and stuff?

YES! Maybe I (and even more people) will get back to tuning! Those challenges were the best parts of the showroom. I don't see why they stopped happening since MW. (I think? Or U2...)

10 warning points? Isn't that a bit much (I assume you get 1 point per flame..)

I don't think there is any strictly specified amount of warning points for any action, the moderator decides how much the ass-user deserves...

Funny things are happening nowadays. We've said countless times that you can't apply for a position in the staff - we pick new staffmembers ourselves. Yet still from time to time a pm like this arrives:
aik.tuner_2 wrote:i have a stupid request but still gonna ask.
do u think there is any chance i can be a showroom mod?
like a SR challenge mod that set up challenges ideas or that?
just something.
i just want to help this community to become better.
im also one of the most active ones here.
i really can´t see anything negative with it
but still it´s ure choise.

//Aik.tuner_2

Ok I understand that the rule of us inviting new members in is not widely known. But I thought that when you send an application for a job you at least do it in proper language. When I pointed that out and even said that we uphold to certain standards, this fellow user didn't understand one bit of it. He continued to respond in this txt like spelling.

Just a little note to all of you who would be interested to become a staff member. We pick out those who are interested to help in making this site better. But that is obviously not enough. We might need more to help out in the showroom.

D.Jazz... RIP. :D (hes probably not dead, I meant hes totally banned)

I've tried to apply for a mod position before but that was when I first joined... Anyways I think it's not too mighty fun because I've been a mod/admin in many forums and I think its pretty annoying to look for bad stuff. Especially if it's a spambot. (Will never forget that day on NFSUnlimited... :O)

No offense to any of the mods/admins. Just a personal opinion. =\

Little offtopic, but i can´t enter my EVO to classic category. I uploaded it yesterday and entered classic, and i later i had this message: "Your EVO has been permanently removed from classic gategory for breaking the rules". And when i now try to enter classic is says that "Error. Your entry already is in selected category". I don't know why it got removed, cos it isn't edited. http://www.nfsunlimited.net/showroom/entry/25918 As you can see, it doesn't break the rules of the classic category. So what's the matter?

why is that white line there?
guess that might be a case of mispasting? :P
i may have been a little hasty, but i cant allow any exceptions
just correct that and reupload, it'll be fine

Just a little note:

Showroom admins have the ability to see which ips users are using. Multiple account can easily be spotted and now that Djiel is actively scanning the showroom, you can expect quite a few bans.

There is a topic we used for such purposes. Let us know of your accounts now, before they get deactivated.

On a sidenote...
My status has been changed to forum/showroom moderator.
I'll mostly just moderate the forums but I'll also try and help Djiel with the showroom.
