L3 Hydraulics...on streets??

hey guys...
when i install level 3 hydraulics ,the car ofcourse start jumpin for real in the garage...but i couldn't figure out how to make it bounce when it is one the streets??

Press 'H' to activate Hydraulics and arrow keys as a crazy man

then 'J' to Jump

ok man...thx..that almost did it...but i couldn't keep her constnatly jumping by itself like it does in the garage..??
