I keep blowin' engines in the Supra in NFSU2

In NFSU1 the Toyota Supra was one of the fastest cars in the drag races. Now in NFSU2 the Supra has a tendency to grenade it's engine, even after ajusting the gear ratios. I have even tried down grading some of the performance parts but that didn't work either.

The only way I can finish a race is by feathering the throttle.

Has any one found a good setup for the Surpa in drag races?

And why prey-tell is the Supra a "piece of crap"?

Anyways now that this game is nearly a year old I'll drive anything, well maybe not the SUVs.

well i dont know wut to say cause i used every car and tune them all to how i like it and raced it in all diffrent races (supra was one of the cars i use when i first played the game in carrer mode) noffing ever happend to me...

hmmm... i have only blow engines for like revving to high... i didnt know what i was doing and didnt no how to shift... thats the only time i did that
