Wow! Absolutely brilliant! The sound in the game is very similar to the real car itself! 8)

Cool video.

The Gallardo ingame sound sounds deeper and stronger. The real life one is higher (frequence).

the VW Golf has also got the real sound... I was watching a car program on tv with the Golf V racing in it and the differences were very small...

not all cars are unique, some cars sound quiet the same.

The Fiat sounds basicly the same as the Golf, but I got the feeling that is because it is not sold in the US/canada so they could not test it. same goes for the Monaro.
(sounds like GTO (logical)

Hi stig,

somehow something must have gone wrong then, since the golf and the fiat have very different recordings atached to them. Can you tell me which upgrades you are comparing and we'll check it out

the engine sound for the punto and golf are different stock but wen u put on all the performance parts on it they sound the same.
the same is true for the clio and audi TT.
In undergound 2 up to 5 cars had the same engine sound.

I got the Golf pre tuned (from Sonny) and tuned the Punto myself. so maybe that is why.

The TT does sound diffirent especially max tuned then in U2 I liked how the TT whined in U2 in MW it sounds much lower in revs. (did not look at the revs)

I have to give it to you Chuck (and team) some cars sounds stunning!

I really love:

Aston Martin DB9 stock... have been listing for like 10 minutes just revving the engine in neutral, it sounds just like the real car.
Porsche Carerra GT... simply great!
McLaren Mercedes SLR, great sound really close match with the supercharger sound etc.

I also like the sounds of the Lamborgini's but it kinda sounds like the V10 of the Gallardo sounds the same as the V12 from the Murciélago, could be mistaken cause I only driven the maxed tuned Gallardo I won from Ming, and a stock Murciélago.

but all sound pretty good

Hi Stig, as you can tell from the video, you'll see a picture with both Lamborghini's in there. We recorded both, but the murcielago didn't function too well, so we sprinkled some gallardo in there a tad bit to spice it up.
