NFS 5 PU Mouse freezing

My mouse freezes when in the starting menu, main menus or the options mnu. Also sometimes in the Evolution menu. Not always but fairly often.

op: Win Me
Chip: Intel P3 900mghz
HD 40 gig
384 Ram
Nvidia Geforce 400 64 mb

Can anyone help

yes i have the same problem with that game. I think is the operating system because i tested this in other computers using 98 and 98SE and there wasn't any problem. i'm using XP SP1

I have windows ME and still have the problem. There has to be a solution.

I tried installing the newest Nvidia drivers for my gforce MX 400 64mb. PU would even load.

Any suggestions? Someone has to have heard of this before.

i tested in those years with a GF4 Mx 440 w/8x. yeah, i remember that. maybe is the video card??? any suggestions??
