NFS:UG2 PC/PS2 Difference?

i have noticed while browsing the screens at the EA website that there is a noticable difference between the look of the body/specialty shops...

can anyone tell me why this is and what they have done and also if the PC version can be modded to look like this?

I have not played the PS2 version..more to the point i dont own any console..so dont bag on me for not knowing what im talking about.

As old as this thread is I hope you'll get my reply. LOL The image you linked to is not a PS2 garage for NFSU2. I am using PS2 and none of my garages look anything like that. Jer

That was a concept/teaser before NFSU2 ever came out.
