hear is may new neon tahometer, i wuld like to make a turbo meter but i didnt know how. jet... but hear is my progres. pleace write your coment. i all ready uploaded it in winil section, and soon it will be able to download.
if you want to know how i did it hear is a litle guide:
1)start a bintex
2)open a dintex.bin (you can finde it in your nfsug folder>global>dintex.bin
3)export file named 3Dperson_10500lines
4)edit it with photoshop and save it as dds file dtx3 format.
5)import your file back to dintex onto 3dperson_10500lines, 3dperson_7500lines,3dperson_8500lines,3dperson_9500lines
6)save
you are ready to go!!!!!!
the problem that i experienced:
when i edited dds file and save it and inported back and start the game, my game allways crashed. (sorry for bad english) what i do is:
opend dds file in photoshop, save it as jpg, close opend dds, open saved jpg, edited it and then saved it again as dds. it sloved my problem. i hope it will help for someone.
