I saw the premier issue at the newstand yesterday, flipped through it and put it back. It looked nice.. Basically it comes out seasonally and they do a small budget minded (Under 5 grand) overhalls to get the most HP increases without breaking the bank. It is mostly just bolt on upgrades.

This mag is basically a supplement to Super Street since SS never does features on cheap import cars( only high end $100K cars) they decided to satify the "lower class".
