Good wheelie/drag setup?
I've been trying for awhile to get a good drag and wheelie setup for a Zonda and '06 GT500. But each time I have failed anyone got any good setups for these cars? Or any others?

Re: Good wheelie/drag setup?
jeff how do you shift directly to 5th, the only way i know of doing it is keep on shifting until you get there meaning 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, then 5th

Re: Good wheelie/drag setup?
You must enable the clutch from the drag options.
Like any real car when you have the clutch fully press you can rev your engine with any gear selected, and the car won't move. When you release the clutch it starts to move.
So:
1) Enable the clutch from the options
2) Warm your tires
3) Press and hold the clutch, select 5th gear AND DON'T RELEASE THE CLUTCH
4) When the lights turn green release the clutch and press N2O
5) When you have to shift for 6th gear DON'T FORGET TO USE THE CLUTCH!
You have to press clutch + shift up almost together, and release them immediatly!
That's the way to do it! Thanks jeffareid for the setup!! It was really difficult to stop the weelie!!
I didn't expect the game to be so close to real life! That's the way to start a real car, you keep the clutch (with 1st gear because you don't have 755hp ) rev up to 5.000rpm release the clutch and pray not to spin!

I know how to drive a manual tranny, yes with the clutch, but jeff went from neutral straight to 5th

Re: Good wheelie/drag setup?
That's a good point. He must use a steering wheel with 5 gears, like a manual car, then i think it could be possible (In a real car, it would be, I know such steering wheels exist, i haven't used any)
But still this "tactic" works fine! I managed 5.76!

Re: Good wheelie/drag setup?
If I could find a wheel like that for ProStreet, that would be so awesome
I PMd Jeff and he set up his keyboard where he hits a diffrent button for each gear, or somethin similar

Re: Good wheelie/drag setup?
Logitech G25 Racing, with clutch and six gears. I haven;t used it in pro street but i guess that's how it's done.
Oh in the camaro setup you should put the ride height all the way left, else it won't work

Re: Good wheelie/drag setup?
Hm i run a Porsche Cayman on wheelie LOL..... It runs the full stretch!
My drag Elise is also very cool! Tuned for 1/4mile it runs on 6.34 (very good for that car)...
I have a Corolla with 131bhp used in easy drag! It runs 8.86 gives over 15k!
