Circuit City are a bunch of f***ing stupid motherf***ers. My dad just bought a Sony a100 DSLR from them for $450 (Originally $950, he had tons of coupons n rebates). He wanted to sell it on eBay and then when he opened it up in the morning all it had was the battery charger. No camera, no lens. The day before, the CC MANAGER assured him that the box was unopened. My dad was suspicious but he trusted the manager. Now he has to go to the manager and argue, because he paid $450 for a fcking charger, and CC even charges a 15% fee for any unopened returned items.

That's somewhat your dad's fault.

Here's how that could've been handled easily.

1. EXAMINE THE PACKAGING CAREFULLY!
2. DON'T TRUST ANYONE!!! (especially when it comes to alot of money being spent)
3. after the purchase OPEN THE BOX in the parking lot or in the store exit and examine the contents
4. if something is missing RETURN it immediately!

Those 3 steps (4 if something is missing) can save you quite a bit of headache and you leave with a fresh product.

Like HaZ said, it's because it's unfinished (and it has a 1980s design) that it's ugly. But it's something that if painted with shiny colors and filled with VLTs would fit perfectly into Las Vegas

Edit: Ooh, on the Wikipedia page for the Ryugyong Hotel I found out that N.K. is looking for $300 million in foreign investment to actually complete the hotel.
