This video is indeed a straight capture from the pre-beta game, so the police chatter will be even better than this (as tuning of this, and many other audio elements, is still in progress). Our dialog supervisors went out and performed casting in several major cities, had more than 300 actors do a performance, before they finally narrowed it down to about 13 people. Most of the actors and cops came from the east-coast of the US.

we're glad you like it. Hopefully our dialog sups can fill in some more of the blanks.
