So Undercover is out today. Anyone NOT getting the game just yet (or ever)?

I don't, simply because my system requirement doesn't meet.

I want to get is on PS3 and I'll use a friends copy on PC for the showroom. I would've gotten it straight away, but that money went towards a new power supply for my PC.

On the upside... I can max Prostreet easy on a 9600GT... almost did on an 8600 in fact... and I could probably max undercover if It's more optimised. Dunno how it'll go with 2 screens one at 1080p... that's why I upgraded.

Well going from a 17" to a 22" is a big leap... I can't play TF2 maxxed out anymore (at 60-200fps), even with a better graphics card. D:

I basically meet the system requirements but I'm not getting it today - I'm waiting for more reviews to see whether or not to get it, and I'm waiting for the price drop to tell when to get it. Either way I won't be getting it for a while.

I won't be anytime soon before the price drops. Even ProStreet still retails at the same price when it first hit the shelves last year. In Singapore, at least. Not sure about other regions..

So did I ... the 8600GT was $50... and cheaper than an 8400GT... and I needed a GFX card because they don't support AGP anymore on my new mobo. Old one died.

Unless it's majorly screwed up along the end of the story line, I'm actually satisfied.

There's only a few things I can point out that I don't like.
A) Not everything is unlocked from the beginning... this may have been the only thing EA did right with Pro Street...
B) Is there an actual GPS function, instead of just the map? I'm never gonna' learn my way around without it.

And this may go along with B, but the map may be to big for my tastes... too soon to tell.

I had to really underclock this 8600 to get it to run stable. Not just Undercover, but everything wanted to crash. I feel an RMA in my blood...

Anyway, I still run it maxxed out @ 1680x1050 with 2x AA. I can run 4x, but don't want to risk any lag... can't run 6x, way to laggy then.

My gf hid the Undercover cd...said she has a quiz tomorrow, and that me playing didn't help

....and i was just getting to the best part in my Lambo.

It is actually not all bad imo..

It's been happening ever since I put the new card in, has nothing to do with the game. I've tried updating/downgrading drivers but nothing seems to work except underclocking it, so, I'll probably see about an RMA soon. =/\
