Rim sizes

Post by ^Sparco^ »

Hey I have to share this. Probably some of you already knew that, but me not and I think it is interesting.
Mazda MX5 uses 16, 17 and 18" rims. But I get 20" and it looks awesome.

How to do? Go to Underground mode (not completed!) and choose a car with huge rims like 350z or Skyline. Choose the rim you like. Then, change to MX5 and it will be with the rim size of the car before!!

When I discovered it I said "Yippeee! " LOL. It is useful to put bigger rims on tiny cars, and tiny rims to huge cars (inverse method). Sorry if it is already said in another thread, I havent seen it..

Edited: I fixed the image, because I had a mistake and put 18" and 19". Now I show you 18" and 20" (more difference you see)

The downside is that if you switch the rims then they will switch back to default size!

Yeah, but why should you? Just pick the rims you like.

I discovered it a long time ago, and it's a funny gimmick. I don't like it that the rims aren't that wide. I mean, the Skyline's original rims are wider then the ones you buy. :|

Yeah, but a size bigger can't be a problem. I want thin tires. :P
