Werird NFSU2 behaviour

I'm completing NFSU2, and it appeared to me that, although I have unlocked just about everything (bar widebody kits), I'm only 60-70% through the game...is this for real? Also, I haven't unlocked the Civic or the WRX, yet I have all the other cars inc the Skyline GT-R...WTF? Shouldn't the Civic be unlocked before the Skyline?

I'm playing on PS2, if that helps...

I also have all the performance mods as well, but only 1 unique (transmission, I think), and I'm on my fourth sponsor...

Is this all correct? Deoesn't seem so to me...

Yes ... I have done it 5 times on the PC.
But .... please check,
you might have unlocked all the parts,
there might be Circuit or Sprint races still being blocked.
You might have to complete some of the races on the WorldMap.
