edit and upgrades stats

Is there a way to change a cars stats or a specific upgrades stats? For example lets say the turbo upgrade on a specific car adds 140 kw. can i make it add 200 kw by editing a file or someething?

I don't think you can. These things are most likely "hard coded". (that is, not read from an external config/data file). So atleast, hex editing is required, and even that most likely won't be possible.

:@ EA games is soooooooo (edit) stupid. why dont they make a game that can be edited. the fifa games for example, are infinitely editable. Ea sprts is better
