Well, Been watching the Dakar rally all week and suddenly realized - Golf can have that sweet Red Bull livery - just as Toureg. So with some work and tuning, here is VW Golf Dakar Edition.

Oh your problem relja, two things. One: when you open the files - say NO when it asks to create Minmaps. It's in the readme file. I found it confusing as well, so it's cool. And the error you get - you have to save it as shown in another thread (changing vinyls or smth. in EDITING section - check it out). Make sure to carefully read the readme file. It will all make sense.

I don't know if they'll be downloadable... In dakar I was for Kleinshmidt (VW) and McRae (Nissan) (so nice to finally see Colin smiling and enjoying himself, esp. now we know the guy has so much speed in him still left).

as a dutchman, my favo drivers are all the dutchies, but I like Team De Rooy (DAF), Gerard de Rooy (417) especially, the most.

Too bad dakar-organisation prefers to show more bikes and cars rather then trucks on televison. I hate that/them!!!

thanks pacodog but i spend all night on computer and figured where im wrong and in my readme file there is nothing about how to do vinlys but my frend E-Mail me his readme file but still i dont get it all. Ihave one question can i import picture in vinlys and how i tryed but no results i get some hiruglifes and sorry on my bad english it not my language if you can email me Thanks

it's very hard to use "premade" pictures, like photos and shiznit, as it does not have the colors needed... :/

Well, honestly I haven't tried yet of putting a picture. I will though ar some point... And then I'll tell you how it goes (unless someone else posts on that). I used to play around a lot with Age of Kings back 4 years ago. There was a tool that would allow you to mod units and buildings and stuff. And I clearly remeber the same palette problem. But I somehow modified the original file, sorta pasted the new file in - and the palette was autamatically converted... It was with psp5.0 back then... I'll let you know what comes out. So war I only put a Martini racing sticker on that Focus RS- and it came out with colors inverted!!! So we'll keep trying.. My next project .... Toyota (Celica or Supra - haven't decided yet).

Why all my vinlys look great in photoshop but when i import them in bin file look like crap if some1 can send me some dds file on mail ill be greatful you dont need to send and mask just that i can see where im wrong or send printscreen enything to see where im wrong. Im working on a WRC Subaru Vinyl Here's a progress pic. Getting the colors right is a bish tho. I think EA did some wierd shiznit so if you did something yellow it came out aqua, so what I did was make it aqua instead of yellow and It comes out close now I just need to tweak it some to get the yellow right. But heres mine so far. I think I need to size down the number thingie on the door too.

oh..yes...that's only the dds-plug in for psp, just put it in your Adobe folder Psp -> Plug-Ins -> Fileformats and u can start importing them...

but perhaps u want the bin-extractor too?
