Easy upgrade if you have a fast AGP card, but don't want to go over to PCI-X yet.

Yep, one of those handy cross-over period devices, supports both AGP and PCIE graphic cards. My previous mobo had both SDR and DDR RAM slots. Which was handy at the time (I had lots of SDR, would've been far to expensive to replace both mobo and get an equal amount DDR at the same time).
