yea windows messenger is like hidden in you program files. not really hidden but i dont really use it ever...

windows messenger sucks. but you must keep it on your computer if you want to talk with people with microphone

with AIM, you can check mail from the IM service too.. AND, you can do a video chat, use a microphone to talk...exactly the same thing as MSNM.

Apart from using IM's i also like to use TTP, it is a very old form of messaging system and has been around almost forever. Yes it's old, but it still does the job and is better than current IM services out there.

my brother likes to use AIM, but my other friends just use MSN. i personally like to use MSN, i don't really know why. to me, i like it because of the options.

Trillian here. It's the swiss army knife of IM clients - does em all. Maybe doesn't offer all the features of say MSNM, but it's just so damn handy to be able to do every kind of messaging from the one app.

MSN for me. It actually works with an email address that's not even working anymore. After I changed ISP and lost their email account I tought I'd have to change the email, but no it just keeps on working

I use Trillian too!! It is just a hassle to have 3-4 IM programs working at the same time while i can use just 1 !!!

Well, it's usefull if you use few services, so I use IRC and msn
