who here still uses the old cd players w/o any mp3 capability or anything special at all. i was looking at one of those zen micro 8gb i believe and i was wondering if they are better than the ipod nano

iPods are made by apple as long as I know, I have an mp4 (Hyundai MP557v)

yea mine has some scratches on it... thats one of the few things that suck bout it...

im hoping i can find someone who would change the cover when i go to the uae in christmas

The Nano is pretty good as a standalone musicplayer. Small, easy to use, long battery life.

It's not all about the functions it has.

Ipods with Itunes are in general, better than any mp3 player matched up with WMP.

I just got my Sansa E260 and I love it. Great device. Plays videos perfectly. (Not like on the iPod Video though --obviously--)
