Waterfront huh? Might have to give it a crack. The ones that get me are those that go through the hospital and jail shortcuts - those fences in the shortcuts are so buggy, they nearly always stop me dead in my tracks.. grr..

yea gotta try those tracks too, I run Hospital Switchback though, but I can't remember a shortcut there... Yea, those shortcuts r too tricky for me too, but when u know how to take them u r faster than the long route. I try mostly to stay on the main road, more asphalt, more grip

We're kinda offtopic, but what the heck, everyone's doing it right? I think I found a way to make em more reliable. Seems the problem happens when you actually land on the edge of the next jump, so the answer is to slow right down and just roll through. This can usually work, unless you have Mr. NOS behind you or Mr. Stoppeddeadintracks in front. In either case, take the long route and you'll still probably end up in front because you're carrying more speed past the landing point.

I've only just gone on-line for the first time. I couldn't get a reasonable nick, so I invented the following:

SpankedMonk

(don't ask why, I tried everything else I could think of but all were taken!).

I have to say, the experience sucked donkey b*lls IMHO. I entered a supposedly performance-matched race in my maxxed Elise and was pitted against a Punto and another Elise - I absolutely wiped the floor with them (won with about a 2,500 feet margin).

The lag was so bad, I doubt I'll do it again though.
