Wrong again. With Bintex 0.3 you can extract the .DDS file from the .BIN file and open it in photoshop (if you have the DDS plug-in and .dll file's) Then you can edit it and import it back into the .BIN file . For NFSU you can edit Tires, headlights, Taillights, vinyls, gauges and the sky and garage (in customize screen where your car ride's between those pilllars on the road)
