My cousin introduced me to one of the most brutal death metal bands I've ever heard.

Speaking of lost cd's... I wonder where's my (What's The Story) Morning Glory? album by Oasis :(.
Can't remember who I might have lent it to.. Haven't seen it in years.
Guess I gotta buy a new one one of these days :?.
I have lost a couple more albums a long the years, but that's the only album I'd probably still want to listen to :P.
It is a great album.

Hey, to be honest, is a Queens of the Stone Age CD worth the $20? I've heard 'Little Sister,' but that's about it...

Time for me to say something good about J-Rock again.

I recently got a single by Tackey & Tsubasa. It's really good. If you like the whole j-rock thing. :)

Era Vulgaris, and also Songs For The Deaf... Like I said, I've only ever heard 'Little Sister.' (It's on Midnight Club III)

All QOTSA albums are great, but the best ones would be their first album (self titled), Rated R and Songs for the Deaf.
I paid more than $20 for each of mine, and I don't regret buying any of them.

New rock tracks?
New Metallica sucks balls.
New and old Linkin Park suck balls (the old not as much).

Why do you want just new tracks?
Old rock is usually better.
And why just single tracks?
Don't you have the longevity to listen to full albums?

I mean other songs/albums that sound good.

I like old rock,too.
I listen to albums too, if the tracks that are on it are good.

I have to add Pendulum to this list... They may not be pure rock... but the rock is definitely there. Just check them out live... not all computer generated:
Slam Live...Truly live

Their new album is sounding truly incredible... you can download a short mix if you're interested from their website

Yeah, but they are a rock and drum and bass fusion just like linkin park is a fusion of rock and hip hop... They're also like nine inch nails but more energetic... just pointing out that there's a lot of variety.
The rock roots are there and they use drums, vocals, guitars and bass guitar live.

Getting back to real rock I found this group a few days ago. Very nice though they sound similar to another band I know of. Forgot the name of the other group though. #-o
