Post by Ceska666 »

My PC is very slooowww now, 100% usage :o BUT, when i unplug network cable, everything is ok :? so WTF? svhost? i scaned my pC with kaspersky, norton, panda...everything and, nothing...and please, don't tell me the only chance is reinstall OS.

Thanks you.

SVHost or SVCHost? SVCHost is normal, SVHost is not.

Well, no spyware helped, so i fixed it with my own hands  Just restart PC in safe mode, go to registries and delete all applications with svhost.exe...

Your reply doesn't make sense.

Getting a faster CPU won't reduce your load.

To avoid Spyware do like me: Have 3 firewalls. :P

bad idea.... firewalls conflict with each other.... i have norton internet security, and i had McAffee, along with windows firewall installed.... each firewall was detecting a process of the other, and calling it an intrusion... a liveupdate was caught as an intrusion by McAffee, and windows itself suggests not having multiple firewalls running

I know, but for some reason I had absolutely no probs with mine.
I have Kaspersky Anti-Hacker, Windoes Firewall and Spybot S&D.
