What I find suprising is that S7 TT didn't break 200mph, if the info on the site is correct.

Maybe it could go faster but it was so damn scary that no one was willing to even try it and risk their lives.

but what do they mean with 'fastest'?? fastest from 0-60 (0-100) ? highest top speed?? fastest around a circuit??

On the site there actually were cars i've never heard of (1 or 2)

By the way, that Bristol Fighter, when not electorincally restricted, would be the fastest production car in the world.
Oh, and its £600k cheaper than a Veyron, not so ugly, and BRITISH :D

lol I'm j/k. I like British cars. Many of them are notoriously unreliable though . . .

Btw, I would much rather be doing 400kmh in a Veyron rather than that Fighter thing.
The Fighter doesn't generate any downforce, and although that makes it really slippery through the air, it wouldn't be anywhere near as stable/safe as a Veyron.

Eesh, no downforce? Is it just me or does that seem plain stupid?

Well before Bristol made cars they made aeroplanes

I can't see much of a problem, the main thing is that they eliminated any lift. Still, I wouldn't be turning the steering wheel in a hurry.

True, anything ever made by anyone vaguely controlled by British Leyland fell apart.

TVR engines are reliable, it's the electonis that fail. They're 20 years old British Leyland leftovers ;)
