How do u unlock the 911 turbo?, and G35?

With a trainer. Neither car is unlockable through normal gameplay.

But isnt the 911 turbo GTR3 unlockable through online reward cards if im not mistaken?

Different cars. The GT3 is a GT3, the Turbo is a Turbo. Check out the Wiki, you'll see that they're completely different cars.

EDIT:
There is no 911 Turbo GT3. There's a 911 GT3 and there's a 911 Turbo.

in all fairness though the GT3 hasn't come out in the U.S. yet so

Funny how the GT3 is on Porsche USA's website and listed for sale with an MSRP of $106,000 USD ...
