Error Accepting Duel...Help?

Zetesino and I tried to duel each other's 350z's. I sent him a duel challenge and he got the following message while trying to accept the duel:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /usr/edge/wwwdocs/nfsunlimited.net/www/htdocs/index.php(298) : eval()'d code on line 274
Error: duel does not exist - it might have expired.

I then tried to challenge him again, but I cannot challenge any car now because I get the following error when I click on the "Stat a Duel" button:

You are already involved in a duel.

I had Zetesino send me a duel challenge and I tried to accept it, but I got the following message too:

Well, Zetesino just pm'ed me and he can't initiate a duel because it says he has already initiated one...
