How to change to SAW, for example, and autosculpt parts in the beginning of the game?

and autoscuplt parts can be unlocked as u progress in the career mode

U can't, You start with your own crew. Samson is Part of 21st Street

After you beat Angie you get Samson(blocker). After you beat Kenji you get Yumi(scout). After you beat Wolf you get Colin(drafter). You get Sal(scout) after 4 or 6 races. You get Nevelle(blocker) after you start the game. You get Nikki(drafter) after you beat Angie, Wolf, and Kenji.
