after you beat one of the blacklist members you need to chose 2 markers but behind wich card is the car of the blacklist member?

you have to guess, its behind one of the ''?'' markers.

There was a pattern...but not all the times worked...

no it just happens by random generation but what you can always do if you don't get it is turn the console off and turn it on then race him/her again
