[PS2] Red Line Mission

I need help with the Red Line mission in Undercover for PS2.
The beginning goes on well, what with avoiding the police and making it but it's impossible to return. You have to return to Rose in... 1 minute, 20 seconds. I can never make it.
Help would be appreciated.
