How do i extract textures?

Can anyone tell me because i want to extract the apex glide decals (the actual image) plus where do i get textmod?

I don't know if you still need this, but I can help anyway.
TexMod (search around this forum, it's here somewhere) will help you if you just need the decals, but if you need the actual whole vinyl set (as in, Ryo's whole paint job), use TexEd 8.0.7 instead (
