Problems After Installing Patch On PC

1)When on the menu, I don't see the front of the car as before the patch but the left size only. The same happens when customising it, making decals & vinyls selection more difficult.
2)I cannot update my cars. Not a single $$$ is wasted after accepting to install an upgrade and the stat bars(top speed, handling etc) do not change.
3)Game crashes at tuning and custom vinyl screen
4)FPS still low, nothing changed(AMD ATHLON 3200 64+, NVIDIA GFORCE 9800 GT, 2GB RAM)

1 big problem I've had with the patch is simply my game freezing up at the intro movie. Doesn't matter if I update the video card drivers and physx drivers, it'll still freeze.
