"Police Interceptor" Not Unlocking!

I've completed the Reward Card that will unlock the "Police Interceptor", but it's not showing up in the My, Career, Bonus, Stock, or Custom Cars sections of the game. I've tried unlocking it on four different aliases and it's still not working! I play Carbon on my GameCube. Can anyone help me out?
