Can not install NFSMW, anyone saw this yet?

Before you ask : No, i don't have NFS Underground installed. The game is original, and im using Windows XP SP3. The DVD is fine, i copied over the content without any problems and tried installing from my HDD which didnt work as well.
I run autorun.exe (or just insert the DVD in) it appears just fine, i choose my language, click next.
And a "Please insert CD/DVD 1 in drive E:" error appears. (E = my DVD drive). When i try installing from my HDD, it appears again except its drive C.
I even tried running it from my hard drive without having the DVD inserted, the error still appears, i insert it and it still appears. I even tried inserting it AFTER the error appears, still no go.
Can someone help me?
