I have a problem, I stuck at 97% of career, i completed all races, milestones, challenge series and rap sheet. I got message from Rog and Razor to race, but there is no star on map and in safe house say razor is not defeated. Can anyone help? I must start from beggining to prevent glitch?, I use mod level 5 to 7, i normally beat 14 drivers.

I'm pretty sure if you drive to the right place on the map you'll find the race. Check out the NFSMW FAQ - this talks about a similar glitch.
