That is a fair argument, but at the same time-why must we go back to underground-why don't we progress to something different?

I hope with all my heart that the next NFS would not be an underground.

I can see why many people think that if they where fans of the franchise pre-Underground, but simple fact is (1) a lot of the current fans came with Underground or afterwards and (2) it's hard to argue with sales figures.
