With my skyline i get 370.1 kmh in drag race.
With my Tiburon, i have made 362kmh of max speed in free roam (almost revving out!). Sorry no image

Select Skyline R34, buy all performance parts for the car, anda my car have NITRO Unique.
Select 1º/2º ... 5º Midle Gear, and last 6º MAX GEAR ( Maybe 392.9 Km/h ) put NITRO with 4s, all suspension HARD and "CM" lower is possivel (maybe 3.14 )
Aerodinamic, lower ( 0.0 ) ... tires ... hard, nas traction ( i dont write english very well) REAR.
Select DRAG Circuit with 3.07 Km and Reverse and hope you battle with best cars like Skyliner, GTO, and others ...
When the race begin, put back of other car, and stay here unitl maybe 1 km at the end, less maybe ... when have go down ... and put nitro and Drafting ... and puff 405.5 Km/h

(Uniqued) Corolla: 220 (MAX)
(lvl. 3) Sentra: 225 (possibly a little faster)
(Uniqued) Celica: 212 (MAX)
(lvl. 3) 240SX: 220 (MAX)
(lvl. 3) Skyline: 234 (probably a bit faster)*
I have console version, so no proof. Just trust me.
*Edit: Got the Skyline to 237 before I ran out of N2O.
*Re-edit: Tried a different strategy and some gearing. Skyline hit 245mph (408.33kmh). Dang that's fast.

and that was with lvl 2. upgrades only. (used the nos though)
