Question Regarding Vid Card

Does anyone here know if a video card effects games loading time..??
Eg: Doom3, HL2 & those high end games..
Or does the loading is just effected by how much memory & the processer speed..??

Yup. Loading time is only effected by memory + cache memory & processor speed.

The video card has nothing to do with it. Only if you are useing a DirectX 7 card for a DirectX 8 or 9 game. Then your card will effect the loading time a little bit.
