NFS4 Pursuit cars problem pls help

hello i'm new new here and i want to tell you all that the site is really great!!

to my problem now,i've dloaded some pursuit cars in this site and it seems acting just like simple race cars and not in pursuit category in the game so i can't chase others with it,please help me fixing this probleme if there is a solution.
