Need for Speed ProStreetCar: 2006 Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Date added: Saturday, 15. November 2008 Description: The name says it all... "Murcièlago di Moda", Italian for "Fashionable Murcièlago". This car explores the use of matte paint, quite fashionable recently in the tuning scene, and orange + black being a hot combo. There's enough contrast between the black base and the orange compared to other colours such as red or deep blue, but not quite as retina searing as yellow, with a warm look overall. The look is also somewhat inspired by the upcoming title, NFS Undercover... focusing on a less race oriented theme and on a street culture/tuning brand. However, It lacks about 9 layers to replicate this car, and that's with the layout made as efficient as possible. The paintwork... the car's very unique lines have been accentuated. Check out all the views to see the level of detail. The vinyls... well, tuning company branding down the side, with a black, + dark grey stripe. Look at the front and top pics and you will see the stripe, very much influenced by the special Ferrari Scuderia models. Arospeed badging is on them, as well as the dark grey stripe + there are curves. That stripe was 6 layers alone, lol. Rims... went for an upper-class brand, more custom, premium look, and the spokes are matched to the stripe. So, basically, this is a beast turned monster... it does 402km/h, the visual approach was maximum detailing, a very old school approach, but a cleaner "designer" image has been achieved with plenty of menace! I don't know why we're not using matte much... absolutely classy in my books. Tags The Entry's Categories

Thanks guys. Rims will haver orange lip in the pres... should look nuts!@ Transformer: That's cool, but I've already justified them to myself and it's not something I'd bother changing.
