me like it ...love the BK (personally, I don't like any BK on the 240 SX, but you did a great job here), love the rims and the vinyl work is great (have to agree with Eriks on this one) ...
overall, this is FAV ...

I really like the way you did the background vinyls. That bird is unneeded but it certainly brings some personality 
Color combo is great and decal placement is nice and neat. And that fb looks cool.
Rims and bk are also well chosen.
