In the Spotlight
Spanish Racer by Ruslan-spb

What we have here is one fierce looking hot hatch. SEAT are not known for their performance cars, but this hatch looks like it could put up a fight against its better known competitors. More agressive bodywork, bullet-proof rims, and vivid racing livery definitely work wonders to transform it from a "shopping trolley" to a track weapon. Plenty of sponsors placed fairly neatly around the ride add to the car's sportiness and put the icing on the cake for this unsuspecting racer.

When we want to turn heads and drop jaws in the showroom, it's natural to think of creating an elaborate vinyl layout to create a unique show stopper. This is especially true for the post-underground generation of tuners, who can create murals out of 20 or 40 layers. However, Underground 2's vast catalogue of body options allow for an understated but equivalent level of creativity from tuners. This is one such car that has taken advantage of the truly unique body options Underground 2 has to offer and has created a show-stopping ride with no vinyls in sight!A futuristic looking Celica was the perfect base car for the "concept" look, and its very unusual styling and sporty shape worked very well with the modifications performed to create something that looks like a supercar/spacecraft. The vivid yellow paintwork works very well, suiting the craziness of the bodywork and contrasting well against the carbon fibre inserts. The bodykit features space-age materials such as carbon fibre, which is featured heavily on the car to add to the high-tech look. Slits fill the holes in the bodywork and are of a a very unique and futuristic style compared to conventional mesh inserts. The matching rims are quite a rare design to see used in the showroom, and are a breath of fresh air to see used this well. The standard spoiler and hood have been integrated seamlessly with the far from stock bodywork, and minor light changes have been made to make the car look wilder to suit the bodywork.
This very experimental and well thought out bodywork has resulted in a big CTC win for ::nica::, and definitely one of the most memorable cars in the showroom. It is definitely deserving of its place in the CTC Hall of Fame and is a great example of how to put together stunning and unique body packeages.
Presentation of the Week
***Carrillo Subaru Rally*** by FrankieGthang

The car and presentation are a perfect match here; an extreme rally beast and an extreme rally stage. The car has the typical ingredients of a rally monster; a wild full body layout, a bright sponsor's logo to catch people's eyes, tough rally-spec bodywork and rims and plenty of minor sponsors decals to top it all off. The green rims are a courageous choice, but fit the car perfectly In this case.
The presentation is just as wild, the car tearing through what looks like a construction site and kicking up lots of dust along the way. There is an immense sense of action here thanks to the fairly convincing smoke, the mud splashes at the front of the car, and the car looking as if it's getting dirty. The increased contrast and adjustment finishes the presentation off nicely, and makes it even more eyecatcing. The result is a show-stopping work.
