Welcome to the "Ricer" Community Tuning Challenge

This time we have a particularly challenging competition; and I'm sure the results will be very interesting. This time around, we're taking any car you can get your hands on... and "ricing it up!" However, slapping parts on is one thing, but being a competition... will your ricing skills bring respect and pride to the ricing culture? Step right up and go crazy!

I got confused, lol.
Do we need to vote the best looking or the most rice looking (meaning the worst looking )
I mean if the car looks great I give it 10 or do I give it a 10 if it looks absolutely ridiculous?
