NFSHP2: new cars and util

I've uploaded 7 new cars for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 to our cars section. The cars are mainly with new textures.

There's also a new util, the Savegame Patcher 1.0 available. It will unlock all your cars, tracks, events and more. Get it in the NFSHP2 utils section.
