NFSHP2 gone gold

Gamespot has announced that Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 has gone gold, but only the consoles versions. NFSHP2 for PS2, Xbox and Gamecube will be released on the 1st of October.
What about us, pc users? The PC version will be released on the 21st of October.
